Pretty nice for a truck stop. Seems to be well stocked and clean! Staff was helpful and polite.

I used to love to stop here to get a service but my truck has been in the shop over 5 hours actually in the shop getting a PM. I don’t know what happened to the people that used to work here but it’s all young lazy people now. I will not be back if this is all you have to offer. Absolutely ridiculous.

I stopped by in the evening because of a mechanical issue I had on the road, and they told me to come back in the morning. I went in the morning, and they told me to come back at noon. I went at noon, but they were closed; there was a note saying they’d open at 2:00 PM. I went back at 2:00 PM, and they scheduled an appointment for 8:30 PM. They didn’t call at 8:30 PM, but I went anyway; they said they were busy and asked me to come back the next day. The next day, I was there at 5:50 AM; they took the car in. Then they told me they didn’t have the part that needed to be replaced and that I’d have to wait at least another day. I was so furious I almost poured gas on my truck and set it on fire. I don’t recommend them. They’re very polite people, but they drove me absolutely crazy.

I came in with a leaking recap tire. This was already the third shop I had visited. At the front desk, I clearly asked if they had a dunk tank β€” proper submersion equipment used in real shops to detect slow leaks accurately. They said no, but three staff members assured me they’d still find the problem because they were β€œprofessionals.” I explained that I use an Aperia HALO tire inflator, but I had already fully disconnected it and tested pressure directly through the valve β€” and the tire was still losing air. I made it clear: do not blame the inflator. After more than 90 minutes, all they did was spray the tire with soap, found nothing, and still told me β€œit’s probably your inflator.” If you're serious about diagnosing tire issues, invest in a dunk tank. It's basic, affordable equipment. Don’t waste drivers’ time and money with guesswork.

I'm giving them a mixed review because you're kind of at the mercy of their learning curve. They're oldest mechanic definitely knows his stuff but their younger ones are learning and you'll get charged for those extra hours of them figuring it out. Definitely likable and personable but they'll leave greasy handprints all over everything of your vehicle as well. My bad for not speaking up and telling them go wash your hands before you touch anything else or mess with that gasket or new parts but I shouldn't have to tell them. They're probably good for tire changes, brake pads and oil changes but I recommend somewhere else for more serious
